眼疾患者の爪床部皮膚毛細血管観察

Biomicroscopy of the Nailbed Capillaries in Normal and Glaucomatous Subjects

緒言

　1916年，Weiss氏によつて，簡単な操作の下に，生体の皮膚毛細血管を観察する方法が，老案されて以来，Müller^1）氏によつて，多数の報告がなされた，，眼科領域においても，Scheerer^2）Meszaros^3），Toth^3）Mielke^4），三条^5），松山^6），難波^7）氏等の報告がある。眼球結膜血管については，特別な操作を施すことなしに観察し得るので，古くよりその検索が行なわれ，Müllerをはじめとして，現在でも多数の報告がある。著者は今回，緑内障患者を主たる対照として，爪床部皮膚毛細血管を観察した。また，同時に角膜辺縁血管蹄係綱の状態も観察した。

Biomicroscopic observation of the capillaries in the nailbed of the ring finger was carried out by Weiss's method under 40 to 120x magnifi-cation. Biomicroscopy of the capillary loops of the corneal limbus was also conducted.

1. No. specific findings were observed in the nailbed or limbal capillaries in 17 subjects with diffuse superficial keratitis or nonspecified con-junctivitis when compared with 33 normal cont-rols.

2. In the above 50 cases, no significant fea-tures were observed in the incidence of capillary disorders in the age groups below and over 40 years.
