I．緒言
慢性涙嚢炎，鼻涙管閉塞症および狭窄症の治療法には従来保存療法と手術療法とに分けられている。第1表のごとく種々治療法があるが，今回著者は鼻涙管再成術を試み，みるるべき成果を収めることができたので，ご報告する次第である。
The author's own method of reconstructive surgery of the lacrimal passage is described which consists in currettage of the stenosed la-crimal duct followed by implantation of a pie-ce of the bulbar conjunctiva shaped into a tube. The findings in a consecutive series of 18 thus operated cases proved extremely satisfactory. The method is advocated for its wide range of indication and the easy surgical technique.
