緒言

　涙小管ならびに鼻涙管がともに閉塞している症例に対し行なう根治手術の一つとして，涙小管鼻涙管再成術（Reconstructive Canaliculo-Nasola—crimaloplasty以下RCNPと略す）の術式をすでに報告^1）した。

　この術式は要約すれば，涙小管閉塞に対して涙小管再成術^2〜4）（Reconstructive Canaliculo—plasty以下RCPと略す）を，鼻涙管閉塞に対して鼻涙管再成術^5〜9）（Reconstructive Nasola—crimaloplasty以下RNPと略す）を応用することにある。

This paper describes the author's own sur-gical method to cure the obstructed canaliculi and/or the nasolacrimal duct. When the method is applied to obstruction of the lacrimal cana-licli, it can be called as Reconstructive Cana-liculoplasty (RCP). When it is applied to obs-truction of nasolacrimal duct, it can be called as Reconstructive Nasolacrimaloplasty (RNP). The combined technique is to be called as Reconstructive Canaliculo-Nasolacrimaloplasty (RCNP). When the lacrimal sac is removed, it is called as the 1st method and, when not, as the 2nd method.
