1．角膜ヘルペスと角膜知覚，特にIDU点眼との関係
角膜ヘルペス12例の角膜知覚をanesthesiometerで測り，その経過とIDU点眼の関係を検索した。上皮性病変では初診時に比べ，経過と共に知覚は好転の傾向がある。しかし全経過が長い程，IDU点眼期間ことに潰瘍治癒後の点眼が長期になる程，知覚低下の傾向がある。実質性病変では知覚好転の傾向を認めない。初期で低下のないものが2例あつた。潰瘍部とその周辺の知覚とは大凡平行する。
杉浦：IDU長期使用の知覚障害は神経に対する直接障害か或いは角膜上皮多発性糜爛のためか。
The symposium on infectious diseases of the eye was held on Nov. 15, 1965, concur-rently with the Annual Congress of Clinical Ophthalmology in Sendai. Following papers were presented. 1. Sugiura et al., Tokyo Univ. 3. Use of IDU for corneal herpes in 153 cases, by K. Oshima, Kyushu Unv. 4. Treatment of experimentally produ-ced corneal herpes with antiserum, by K. Shoji et al., Yamaguchi Univ.
