Abstract 文献概要

　昭和29年，宮尾氏^1）等に依り，高血圧患者に於て毛細血管脆弱性が亢進することが認められ，殊に脳出血を経過したものに著しいことが報告された。木村氏^2）等は多数例について，最大血圧及び最小血圧が，共に毛細血管脆弱性との間に相関あることを確めている。

　一方，眼底所見と高血圧並びに脳出血との間に高度の相関があることが植村^3），Key, Bailliart氏等に依り認められている。

The relationship between fundal findings and capillary frailty, both of which are closely connected with each other in hypertension, was classified according to Keith - Wagener and the latter was measured by means of the Totsuka-Shimauchi's variation of v. Borbely's me-thod.

The total number of examined patients was 101, including 31 cases of the 1 st group in the Keith-wagener's classification, 52 cases of of the 2nd, 13 cases of the 3 rd and 5 cases of the 4 th.

Capillary frailty which was 157+32,0 in 52 normal persons was 137±41, 2 in the 1st group, 130±33, 8 in the 2nd, 131±37, 2 in the 3 rd, and 104±15, 1 in the 4 th.
