電気泳動装置に依る血漿蛋白の研究は既に各領域に於て行われ急激な進歩を遂げつゝあるが，我が眼科領域に於ても既に山中1），神鳥2），原3），庄司4），武本5）の報告がある。併し乍ら中心性網脈絡膜炎に就ての報告はないので此の成績を報告し併せて本疾患の罹患が片眼に多い事等に就て少しく考察したいと思う。
1) Volume of total albumin in blood plasma in retinitis centralis does not change. Albumin decreases slightly in the cases of positive Takada's reaction and pulmonary complications.In the other cases it rather increases.r-globulin increases or does not increase depending on the stage. Any conclusion should not be done from these results to assert owing to scanty examples,
2) These results reveals albumin diminishes less than in pulmonary tuberculosis and the other kinds of ocular tuberculosis.
3) It may be reasonable to describe that the occurrence of retinitis centralis is very complicated.
