Abstract 文献概要

　眼内腫瘍でも眼圧低下を見ることのあるのは文献に明らかな事実ではあるが，一般には眼圧は上昇するものと考えられている様に思われ，私のここに報告する症例でも眼圧が低く，ために初診時に続発性網膜剥離と即断することが躇躊されたのであつて，この点特に興味を感じたので略述したいと思う。

Patient : Aged 32 years ; business woman

Chief complaint : Blurring vision of the right eye.

At 29 of December,1953 the yellow colored upper part of the visual field was noticed.

At 4 of January,1954 a diagnosis of retinae detachment was recorded in some eye doctor.The initial consultation at our clinic ;23 of January, 1954.

The ocular findings at this time : The lesion was somewhat diffetent from usual retinal detachment : it was well marked and raised into the vitreous and on the detached retina only few folds were observed.The right ocular tension was lower than the left.
