要約　背景：皮膚炎，関節炎，ぶどう膜炎が常染色体優性遺伝として発症する肉芽腫性疾患はBlau症候群と呼ばれる。目的：幼年で発症したサルコイドーシスとBlau症候群が疑われる小児の報告。症例：9歳男児が右眼視力低下で受診した。1歳で皮膚サイコイドーシス，2歳で関節炎を発症し，若年性特発性関節炎と診断された。3歳で汎ぶどう膜炎を発症し，サルコイドーシスと診断された。母がサルコイドーシス，兄が眼サルコイドーシスと診断されている。所見：矯正視力は右0.6，左1.5で，両眼に黄斑浮腫と乳頭の浮腫・発赤があった。プレドニゾロン内服で眼病変は軽快し，32日後には右眼視力が1.0に回復した。結論：若年で発症し，サルコイドーシスの家族歴がある症例では，サルコイドーシスとBlau症候群の可能性がある。

Abstract.　Background：Blau syndrome is defined as dominantly inherited dermatitis, arthritis and uveitis. Purpose：To report a suspected case of Blau syndrome and early-onset ocular sarcoidosis. Case：A 9-year-old boy presented with impaired visual acuity in the right eye. He had been diagnosed with idiopathic juvenile arthritis at the age of 2 years. His mother and elder brother presumably had sarcoidosis. Findings：Corrected visual acuity was 0.6 right and 1.5 left. Both eyes showed cystoid macular edema and swelling of optic disc. Peroral prednisolone was followed by improved ocular manifestations with right visual acuity improving to 1.0 32 days later. Conclusion：There is a possibility of Blau syndrome in early-onset uveitis with positive family history of sarcoidosis.
