要約　目的：乳癌への手術後にリンパ節腫大があり，精査の結果サルコイドーシスと判明した2症例の報告。症例：51歳と57歳の女性が，それぞれ2年前と6年前に乳癌の手術を受けた。陽電子放射線撮影（PET）とコンピュータ断層撮影（CT）で胸部などに造影剤の集積があり，癌転移が疑われた。所見と経過：両症例とも眼科的にサルコイドーシスを強く示唆する所見があり，1例では組織診断，他の1例では臨床診断によるサルコイドーシスとされた。それぞれ15か月と12か月後の現在まで乳癌の再発はなく，経過は良好である。結論：乳癌手術の既往とリンパ節腫大がある2症例で，眼所見からサルコイドーシスであることが判明した。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report 2 cases who showed lymph node swelling following surgery for breast cancer and who were finally diagnosed with sarcoidosis after ophthalmological examinations. Cases：Two females,aged 51 and 57 years,had received surgery for breast cancer 2 and 6 years before respectively. Lymph node swelling was detected after positron emission tomography（PET）and computed tomography（CT）. Findings and Clinical Course：Both cases showed findings suggestive of ocular sarcoidosis. Lymph node swelling was finally diagnosed with sarcoidosis after additional histological or clinical data. They have been doing well for 15 and 12 months respectively until present. Conclusion：Ocular findings led to the diagnosis of sarcoidosis in 2 cases with past history of surgery for breast cancer and lymph node swelling.
