要約　目的：レーザースペックルフローグラフィ（LSFG）で眼虚血症候群が診断できた症例の報告。症例：左内頸動脈の完全閉塞がある64歳男性が左眼視力低下で受診した。矯正視力は右1.2，左0.07であり，視力障害を説明できる眼底病変はなかった。既往から眼虚血症候群を疑い，LSFGを行った。カラーマップで明らかな左右差があり，眼底の各部位で患眼の血流量が低下していた。平均年齢50歳の健常者18人36眼にLSFGを行い，左右差はなかった。結論：主に脈絡膜の循環動態を非侵襲的に表示するLSFGは，網膜と脈絡膜の血流が低下する眼虚血症候群の診断に有用である。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of ocular ischemic syndrome diagnosed by laser speckle flowgraphy. Case：A 64-year-old male presented with impaired visual acuity in his left eye. He had been diagnosed with complete occlusion of left internal carotid artery. His corrected visual acuity was 1.2 right and 0.07 left. Routine examinations failed to detect the cause of impaired visual acuity. Ocular ischemic syndrome was suspected by past history. Laser speckle flowgraphy showed significantly decreased blood flow index in all the measured spots in the left eye. There was no difference in blood flow between right and left eyes in 18 healthy volunteers with 50 years as averaged age. Conclusion：Laser speckle flowgraphy, which mainly reflects the choroidal blood flow, is useful in the diagnosis of ocular ischemic syndrome.
