目的：結膜弛緩症を伴う加齢下眼瞼内反症に対して考案した経皮経結膜下眼瞼牽引筋腱膜短縮術の記述と成績の報告。対象と方法：結膜弛緩症を伴う加齢下眼瞼内反症3例4眼を対象とした。年齢はそれぞれ70，76，83歳である。下眼瞼を切開し皮膚を切除したのち，結膜側より通糸して眼窩隔膜までを結紮縫縮し，同じ糸で瞼板前面へ短縮（タッキング）した。結果：術後9～14か月の観察期間中，再発ないし合併症はなく，良好な結果を得た。結論：結膜弛緩症を伴う加齢下眼瞼内反症に対し，本術式は有用である。

Purpose：To describe the method and outcome of tucking up of capsulopalpebral fascia to treat senile ectropion of lower eyelid and conjunctivochalasis. Cases and Method：I treated 4 eyes of 3 patients with senile ectropion of lower eyelid and flabby conjunctiva. They were aged 70,76 and 83 years respectively. After excision of redundant skin of lower eyelid,a suture was passed and tied up between the conjunctiva and orbital septum. The same suture was passed through the tarsus and was tied up. Results：Surgery was followed by improved objective and subjective findings during the period of observation for 9 to 14months. There was no recurrence or complication throughout. Conclusion：This technique is useful for senile ectropion of lower eyelid and flabby conjunctivochalasis.
