Abstract 文献概要

　上眼瞼の基底細胞癌4例とマイボーム腺癌1例に腫瘍切除術を行い，その後の欠損部の修復に局所皮弁を使用した。いずれも70歳以上の高齢者であった。欠損部の大きさ，部位，形態などにより，伸展皮弁か島状皮弁を選択し，整容的，機能的に良好な結果が得られた。

　Five patients received excision of malignent tumor in the upper eyelid. The series comprised 4 cases of basal cell carcinoma and 1 case of meibomian gland carcinoma. All were aged 70 years or over. Local flaps were used to reconstruct the defects due to surgery. Either advancement flap or island flap was used depending on the size,location and shape of the defects. All the 5 cases resulted in favorable outcome from the aesthetic and functional point of view.
