　 A patient of 59-year-old man, complaining headache and noise behind the right ear with no history of head injury, was described. The right external carotid angiography revealed the occipital artery and the superficial temporal artery running directly into the transverse venous sinus. The right tentorial arteries were also communicated to the right transverse venous sinus, was shown by the right internal carotid angio-graphy. The patient showed positive serologic test for syphilis, which was concerned obscurely in the origin of the A-V fistula.
