- Abstract 文献概要
I quite agree with Dr． Walker's opinion that an epileptic discharge which is produced in a certain site of the cortex propagates from the cortex to the subcortical structures and the generalization of an attack happens through the progressively greater involve—ment of subcortical structures and of systems other than the motor．
But I believe that these structures must be devided into two groups, of which one contains the indispensable structures for producing a seizure in body muscles, the other must be a group of structures the activities of which accompany the activities of the first group．
