抄録　昭和大学附属烏山病院では，成人期の自閉症スペクトラム障害を専門としたデイケアプログラムを実施している。2008年8月から2017年6月までの間に，プログラムを利用した153名を対象に，その臨床的特徴と利用後3年間の就労状況についての調査を行い，プログラムの有効性を検討した。就労者はプログラム開始時29.4%から3年後52.3%へ増加し，未就労者はプログラム開始時70.6%より3年後47.7%へ低減した。プログラム開始時点と3年後時点の双方において，教育年数とプログラム開始年齡が，就労者で有意に高値であった。性別，IQ，AQ得点は，就労者と未就労者で有意な差を認めなかった。

　A rehabilitation program specializing in ASD was run at Showa University Karasumaya Hospital. A total of 153 patients participated in this study from August 2008 to June 2017. We examined the clinical characteristic and their employment status. We also examined whether the program is effective or not. After 3 years, their rate of employment increased from 29.4% to 52.3% and their rate of unemployment decreased from 70.6% to 47.7%. These results suggest that, the employment group had longer duration of education and higher age of program start, both at the start and three years later with significance, although there was not a significant difference between the employment and the unemployment in terms of sex, IQ score and AQ score.
