(1) The treatment of hypertension was ob-served basing on accurate hemodynamic analysis of each patient. (2) The characteristic hemo-dynamic effects of anti-hypertensive agents were demonstrated. (3) The optimal state should be estimated from both view-points i.e., restoration of hemodynamics and effects of the antihyper-tensive agents on hemodynamics. (4) Hyperten-sive patients were treated in the optimal state of hemodynamics under which the total index of severity of hypertension was also improved.
