要旨●本邦のCrohn病診断基準は欧米に比べ，画像検査所見を主体に主要所見と副所見の組み合わせで，明確に確診例と疑診例の診断基準を示している特徴がある．正確な診断は診療の基盤であり，精度の高い内視鏡検査で，自分で診断できるように学ぶ必要がある．Crohn病においては小腸や直腸肛門部の観察も重要で，各種内視鏡検査の特徴と注意点を理解して検査を施行すべきである．

　Japanese diagnostic criteria for Crohn's disease emphasize the use of imaging examinations, including endoscopic evaluations, to identify both primary and secondary findings. Accurate and definitive diagnosis is essential for appropriate clinical management of Crohn's disease. Physicians should be skilled in making this diagnosis independently. Observing both the small bowel and the anorectum is important for diagnosing Crohn's disease. Each endoscopic assessment should be conducted with an understanding of its strengths and limitations.
