Radiographic Findings of the Small and Large Intestine in Crohn's Disease

要旨●Crohn病の診断において，X線造影検査は重要な役割を果たす．微小病変の描出は難しいものの，粗大病変の全体像や局在の把握において内視鏡検査よりも優れており，癒着や狭窄病変が存在する場合でも評価が可能である．瘻孔の描出や経時的変化の追跡にも有用であり，内視鏡検査を補完する重要な手段である．

　Gastrointestinal radiography is highly useful in the diagnosis of Crohn's disease. Although tiny lesions are difficult to detect using this modality, it is superior to endoscopy in providing an overall view and localization of gross lesions. Furthermore, it is useful in visualizing adhesions and stenotic lesions. Gastrointestinal radiography is also useful for identifying fistulas and tracking changes over time, making it an important complement to endoscopy.
