要旨●消化管顕微鏡写真は消化管画像診断との対比のうえで非常に重要な資料である．顕微鏡写真撮影に最も重要なことは病理組織学的所見を精確に伝えることで，そのためには写真の中に必要な情報を過不足なく取り込むことが必要である．本稿では，顕微鏡写真の撮影法について示す．精確な病理組織学的所見を提示するためには，示したい病変を的確に捉え，美麗で精確な写真を撮影し，適切に写真を組み立てるというサイクルを繰り返し行うことによって，病理組織学的所見を体現し，臨床画像所見との対比を生きたものとすることができる．

　Microscopic photographs of the digestive tract are crucial reference materials for contrasting with gastrointestinal imaging diagnoses. The primary objective of capturing microscope images is to accurately convey pathological findings. To achieve this, it is essential to include all necessary information within the photograph. In this article, we outline the techniques for capturing microscope images. To present precise pathological findings, it is necessary to accurately capture the target lesion, take clear and detailed photographs, and assemble them appropriately. This iterative process allows the representation of pathological observations and enables dynamic comparisons with clinical images.
