要旨●治療前の内視鏡診断を細かく検証するには美麗なマクロ像が必要となる．美麗なマクロ像を得るためには，きれいに内視鏡治療をすることが大切である．内視鏡的切除標本は比較的小さい被写体のため，マクロ像撮影には適切な機材が必要となる．撮影機材の考え方と切除標本の取り扱いについて解説する．

　Clear macro images are essential to thoroughly examine pretreatment endoscopic diagnoses. Achieving clean macro images requires meticulous endoscopic treatments. As endoscopic resection specimens are relatively small, appropriate equipment is necessary for capturing macro images. This paper discusses the considerations for appropriate photographic equipment and the handling of resection specimens.
