要旨●内視鏡画像所見と病理所見を正確に対比し，術前診断の妥当性を検証することは，内視鏡診断の精度を上げるために必須である．さらに，NBI併用拡大内視鏡をはじめとする内視鏡機器の進歩は著しく，より詳細な内視鏡診断が可能となってきた．特に，拡大内視鏡所見との対比のためにはきめ細やかさが必要となり，まず詳細な内視鏡観察にて関心領域を決定し，その近傍に目印をつけて内視鏡像を撮影し，関心領域に割が入るように切除標本の切り出しを行うとよい．

　In order to improve the accuracy of endoscopic diagnosis of early gastric cancer, it is essential to verify the preoperative diagnosis by comparing endoscopic and histopathological results. Remarkable recent advances in endoscopic devices, including magnifying endoscopy with narrow-band imaging, have enabled a more detailed endoscopic diagnosis. Therefore, it is necessary to effectively compare histopathological and magnifying endoscopy results. First, we detected the area of interest through a detailed endoscopic observation and subsequently marked an area in its proximity. Furthermore, we acquired an endoscopic image of both the marked area and the area of interest. Finally, we resected the specimen to evaluate the area of interest using the marked area as an indicator.
