　胃疾患診断学の進歩は著しいが，非上皮性胃疾患の確定診断には今なお困難なところを残しているように思われる．筆者らは短期間に著明な変化を呈した胃の好酸球性肉芽腫の症例を経験したので，2カ月間に4回経過観察をしえたX線像内視鏡像を呈示し，若干の考察を加えてここに報告する．

　Despite tremendous progress made in the field of diagnostics for gastric diseases, accurate diagnosis of non-epithelial tumors of the stomach is still attended with some difficulty. The case here described is that of a 31-year-old woman with a chief complaint of pain in the epigastrium. The stool was positive for occult blood. Gastric analysis revealed euchlorhydria. In the course of two months exminations by X-ray were done four times, those by endoscopy likewise four times and those by gastric biopsy twice. These examinations revealed an eosinophilic gramuloma of the stomach undergoing remarkable change within a short time. Pictures of X-ray and of endoscopy are illustrated here together with its enlarged histologic pictures.
