Abstract 文献概要

　ERCPは，先天性胆管拡張症の診断に最も有力と考えられるのみならず，その成因の1つと目される膵胆管の合流異常についても的確な情報をもたらすものである．ここに本症の2例を報告する．

　Case 1: A 24-year-old woman had experienced intermittent epigastric pain since five years ago, although she had never been icteric. ERCP revealed anomalous pancreatico-biliary tract anastomosis. The extra-and intra-hepatic bile duct was dilated cylindrically, and the distal portion was stenosed. The maximum diameter of the extra-hepatic bile duct was 18mm. The length of the common channel was 45mm. The bile aspirated from the dilated bile duct during operation had high amylase content.

　Case2: A 64-year-old woman with intermittent right upper quadrant pain since 50 years ago was admitted to our hospital on March 25, 1979. ERCP revealed anomalous pancreatico-biliary tract anastomosis. Multiple radiolucencies were recognized in the cystically dilated extra-hepatic bile duct and the gallbladder.
