要旨　患者は63歳，女性．夜間に突然の激しい腹痛と嘔気を認め入院．胃内視鏡検査で胃体下部から発生した隆起性病変が十二指腸球部へ嵌入しており，それが解除されるまでを観察しえた．また，嵌入状態における特徴的な胃X線像も呈していた．術後における本病変の病理組織像は深達度smのmucinous adenocarcinomaであった。本症例に特徴的な胃X線像および内視鏡像を中心に報告する．

　A 63-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital because of sudden severe abdominal pain and nausea. Endoscopic examination showed a polypoid lesion in the lower body of the stomach prolapsed into the duodenum. The polypoid lesion was released from the prolapse during observation. Findings of x-ray showed a typical phenomenon. Histological findings showed mucinous adenocarcinoma invading the submucosal region. This case was reported as pathognomatic x-ray and endoscopic findings of a polypoid lesion in the stomach prolapsed into the duodenum.
