要旨　multiple lymphomatous polyposis（MLP）の大腸病変の特徴を明らかにするために12例のMLPの画像所見を検討した．結節性病変は大腸に最も好発し，特徴として，①粘膜下腫瘤の所見を有する様々な大きさの平滑な結節性病変が多発する，②結節性病変は中心陥凹を伴うことがある，③結節性病変は盲腸・直腸に好発する，④結節性病変が密在しても腸管の拡張は良好であり，狭窄は認められない，⑤回盲弁・盲腸の腫瘤性病変を合併することがある，⑥結節性病変に加え，ひだの腫大，bridging fold様所見，びらんなどを伴うことがある，などが挙げられる．これらの特徴的所見から，他の大腸に多発結節性病変を来す疾患と鑑別可能と考えられる．

　We reviewed retrospectively 12 patients with multiple lymphomatous polyposis to determine the characteristic findings of the large bowel manifestation. All patients had the large bowel involvement. The most characteristic features were identified: 1) the nodules were variably sized, closely or widely spaced, smooth, and sessile, suggesting submucosal origin; 2) some of them had subtle umbilication; 3) they were most common in the cecum and rectum; 4) stenosis was not identified, in spite of numerous nodules; 5) a cecal or ileocecal valve mass larger than 3 cm was also associated. Less common were swollen folds and bridging fold appearances.
