消化管のmultiple lymphomatous polyposisの4例

Multiple Lymphomatous Polyposis of the Gastrointestinal Tract

要旨　広範な消化管にポリポーシス様病変を呈した悪性リンパ腫の4例を提示し，本邦報告例を中心とした検討から，multiple lymphomatous polyposis of the gastrointestinal tractの疾患概念の取り扱いについて若干の考察を加え報告した．

　We reported here 4 cases with malignant lymphoma diffusely involving the gastrointestinal tract causing polyposis-like changes. Domestic literature review was also made. Based on these findings we expressed our view on the disease entity of multiple lymphomatous polyposis (MLP) of the gastrointestinal tract.

　In order to more clearly establish the disease entity of MLP advocated by Cornes and define its relation to other tumors of lymphatic system,“neoplastic proliferation of lymphatic cells causing polyposis-like changes of extensive area of gastrointestinal tract” should be treated as MLP in a broad sense, and then cases in which disease staging and clinicopathological as well as immunological examinations are adequately performed should be accumulated. With the increasing use of colonofiberscopy, the cases with this disease limited to the gastrointestine may be more frequently found. In addition to histopathological examination, immunohistological examination using large biopsy specimen should be routinely done to determine benign or malignant nature of the disease.
