要旨　患者は53歳，男性．1994年11月，検診の上部消化管X線造影検査にて異常を指摘され，当科を受診した．当科での上部消化管内視鏡検査では胃角部前壁に0-IIc型に類似した進行胃癌を認め，生検結果は中分化型管状腺癌であった．1995年1月，胃亜全摘術を実施した．腫瘍径は20×15mmであった．深達度はSSでリンパ節転移はなく，Stage IIであった．病理の結果chromogranin A陽性で，胃小細胞癌（内分泌細胞癌）と診断された．また隆起の辺縁に中分化型管状腺癌を合併していた．手術後UFTを投与され，経過は良好で術後50か月の生存を確認している．今回筆者らは自験例に文献的考察を加え報告した．

　A 53-year-old-man was admitted to our hospital, for further examination and treatment for gastric tumor pointed out in screening for cancer of stomach. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy revealed a IIc-like advanced lesion in the anterior wall of the gastric angle. Histological findings of the biopsy specimen showed moderately differentiated type tubular adenocarcinoma. Subtotal gastrectomy was performed with the findings of T2N0H0M0 in Stage II. The pathological examination showed the carcinoma consisted of endocrine cell carcinoma. The endocrine cell carcinoma cells were stained with chromogranin A. The tumor included tubular adenocarcinoma. After surgical resection, UFT was orally administered. The patient has a long survival time of 50 months after the operation. We reported a case of small cell carcinoma of the stomach with reference to bibliographical materials.
