要旨　胃悪性リンパ腫の肉眼分類には，従来から佐野分類と「胃と腸」胃悪性リンパ腫編集小委員会の分類がよく用いられている．前者では表層型，潰瘍型，隆起型，決潰型，巨大皺襞型の5型に，後者では表層拡大型，腫瘤形成型，巨大皺襞型の3型に分類されている．しかし，胃悪性リンパ腫は多彩な内視鏡所見を呈することが特徴であり，その分類に当てはまらないものもある．本稿では，各肉眼型の代表的症例を提示したうえで，その内視鏡所見の特徴を記載するとともに，他疾患との鑑別ポイントを概説した．

　Gastric malignant lymphomas have been classified according to the macroscopic classification by Sano or to the classification by subcommittee of 「Stomach and Intestine」 Gastric Malignant Lymphoma. Sano classified them into five categories（superficial type, ulcer type, polypoid type, fungated type, giant fold type）, while the latter combined these items and classified them into three categories（superficially spreading type, mass-forming type, giant fold type）. Various types of these endoscopic findings often exist in the same patient. In this paper, we showed the endoscopic pictures of gastric malignant lymphoma and discussed the points differentisting it from gastric cancer and other gastric disease.
