要旨　消化管間葉系腫瘍は紡錘状細胞を主体とする消化管非上皮性腫瘍の総称で，免疫組織学的なマーカーの発現形式により平滑筋性腫瘍，神経性腫瘍そしてGISTの3つに大別され，特に小腸ではGISTの発生頻度が高い．本稿では小腸間葉系腫瘍の概説を行い，さらに小腸に多発性GISTを合併するvon Recklinghausen病および家族性多発性GISTについて画像所見を中心に呈示する．

　In general, by immunohistochemical studies, gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors are classified as myogenic tumors, neurogenic tumors or gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Gastrointestinal stromal tumors are the most common mesenchymal neoplasms of the small intestinal tract. In this report, the clinical portraits of small intestinal gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors are given, followed by morphological findings in patients with von Recklinghausen's disease and familial and multiple gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
