要旨　colitic cancerとdysplasiaにおけるpit patternの特徴をまとめると，colitic cancerにおいて認められるpit patternはVI型が大半（80％以上）を占めた．dysplasiaでは異型度（LGD，HGD）に関係なく，すべての病変にIV型（100％）を認め，IIIL型とVI型は同率（約42％）に認められた．また，dysplasiaの多く（75％）はIIIL型，IV型，VI型など異なるpit patternが混在していた．今回の検討では，colitic cancer，dysplasiaにI型やII型のpit patternは認めなかった．また，UC関連性腫瘍（dysplasia，colitic cancer）と散発性腫瘍（腺腫，癌）の鑑別に関しては，炎症をベースにしたUC関連性腫瘍と散発性腫瘍とでは同じIIIL型，IV型，VI型腫瘍性pit patternでも微妙に異なり，UC関連性腫瘍ではpit間の開大やpit分布の不規則さが目立つ所見を呈する．しかし，両病変のpit patternが全く鑑別できない場合も往々にしてあり，今後，症例のさらなる集積・検討が必要と考えられる．

　The ordinary surveillance colonoscopy with multiple random biopsies recently has been thought to be ineffective, because the detectability of cancer or dysplasia is quite low for numerous biopsies. Therefore, other surveillance way is thought to be necessary. We have tried to analyze pit pattern of ulcerative colitis-associated cancer and dysplasia using chromo-and magnifying colonoscopy. Consequently 13 cases with dysplasia or colon cancer had been detected.

　The pit pattern of colitic cancer are mainly VI (85.7％), VN (28.6％) and IV (28.6％). The pit pattern of dysplasia are mainly IV (100％), IIIL (41.6％) and VI (41.6％). There is no tendency of the pit pattern among LGD and HGD.
