1. 三次元超音波内視鏡による消化管粘膜下腫瘍の診断

Diagnosis of Submucosal Tumor of Digestive Tract by Three-dimensional Ultrasonography

要旨　三次元超音波内視鏡検査（3-DEUS）は超音波内視鏡検査（EUS）により得られた像を立体的に表示する．3-DEUSによりDPR表示像，斜視表示像，表面構築表示像が得られる．そのうち，斜視表示像，表面構築表示像は病変を三次元的に表示している．3-DEUSによる粘膜下腫瘍の診断は通常のEUSによる診断と同様である．しかし，ラジアル画像で得られた所見をリニア画像により確かめられる利点や，腫瘍と層との関係を立体的に観察することにより，より正確に診断することができると考えられる．

　Dual plane reconstruction image, oblique three-dimensional image and surface reconstruction image are obtained by three-dimensional endoscopic ultrasonogaraphy (3-DEUS), Especially, oblique three-dimensional image and surface reconstruction image are three-dimensinal images. Submucosal tumors are diagnosed by3-DEUS in the same way as they are diagnosed by ordinary endoscopic ultrasonography. However, it is considered that, because3-DEUS findings are confirmed longitudinally and crosssectionally, the lesion are diagnosed more exactly and thoroughly.
