授業内容に基づいた地域連携教育評価尺度の開発と2年間の比較による効果の検討

Development of an assessment scale for community-based interprofessional education based on course content and evaluation of its effectiveness over a two-year period

要旨：特色のある地域実践教育に対して独自のアンケートを用いると，評価の客観性や比較可能性の乏しさに課題が生じる．そこで，本報告ではアンケートを尺度化し，教育効果を明らかにすることを試みた．2024年度と2025年度の大学と専門学校間の連携教育にて用いた地域連携教育評価アンケートの信頼性と妥当性を検討した．結果，作成した地域連携教育評価尺度は信頼性，妥当性，頑健性が確認された．作成した尺度による2年間の比較では有意差はなく，効果に差がない仮説が支持された．教育プログラム上，適切な評価尺度が見当たらない場合，独自アンケートを尺度化し，その効果を検討することは教育プログラムの評価に有用となる可能性がある．

　Original questionnaires are often used to evaluate distinctive community-based educational practices. However, such tools may lack objectivity and comparability, which makes it challenging to assess educational effectiveness. To address this issue, the present study aimed to standardize an original questionnaire and clarify the impact of interprofessional education. We examined the reliability and validity of a community-based interprofessional education assessment questionnaire used in a collaborative program between a university and a vocational school during the 2024/25 academic years. The results supported the reliability, validity, and partial robustness of the developed scale. A two-year comparison using the scale revealed no statistically significant differences, thus corroborating the hypothesis that the educational impact remained consistent over the two years. When no suitable evaluation tools are available for a specific educational program, developing and validating an original scale can be a useful approach for assessing its outcomes.
