病院に従事するリハビリテーション職員への信念対立解明アプローチを基盤とした多職種連携ワークショップの効果の検証—混合研究法を用いたパイロット研究

Effects of an interprofessional collaboration workshop based on the Dissolution Approach for Belief Conflict among rehabilitation staff in a hospital: A pilot mixed-methods study

要旨：回復期病棟に所属する77名のリハビリテーション職員に，信念対立の視点の多職種連携ワークショップを実施し，パイロット研究で有用性を検討した．実施前後で60名のAssessment of Belief Conflict in Relationship 14を実施した．同時に，60名分のアンケートによる回答を実施した．結果，量的分析では，ワークショップでは，一部の参加者の信念対立を低減させる結果となった．質的分析では，【信念対立解明アプローチの実践の促進】を促進する利点と【実践に対しての障壁】を高める課題が示された．信念対立の知識の構造化と実践後の振り返りの機会の拡大が必要になることが示唆された．

　This pilot study examined the effectiveness of an interprofessional working workshop based on the Dissolution Approach for Belief Conflict among 77 rehabilitation staff in a convalescent rehabilitation ward. Among them, 60 participants completed the Assessment of Belief Conflict in Relationship 14 and a questionnaire before and after the workshop. Quantitative and qualitative analyses showed a reduction in belief conflict among some participants and identified facilitators promoting the practice of the approach and barriers hindering its implementation, respectively. The findings suggest the need for structured knowledge of belief conflict and expanded opportunities for post-practice reflection.
