乾癬は炎症性サイトカイン，特にTh1・Th17系を中心とした炎症経路の亢進が主要な役割を果たし，皮膚および関節に炎症をひき起こす慢性の炎症性皮膚疾患で，患者の約20〜30％に乾癬性関節炎（psoriatic arthritis；PsA）を合併する1）．
