BCG接種後に生じた壊疽性丘疹状結核疹

・BCG副反応としての結核疹を経験した．

・病理組織は真皮に類上皮細胞が集簇する肉芽腫を形成し，抗酸菌染色は陰性であった．

・膿疱が多発している点から，壊死性丘疹状結核疹と診断した．

・診断確定後は無治療で経過観察とし，治癒した．

Papulonecrotic tuberculid after Bacille Calmette-Guerin vaccination

We report a case of papulonecrotic tuberculid after Bacille Calmette-Guerin (BCG)vaccination. The patient was an 8-month-old girl who developed erythematous papules at the site of BCG vaccination, Subsequently, she showed red papules intermingled with pustules all over the entire body 3 months after BCG vaccination. Histopathologically, non-caseous epithelioid cell granulomas were observed. Special stains for mycobacteria were negative in the pustular lesion. We diagnosed the patient as having papulonecrotic tuberculid induced by BCG vaccination. All lesions healed spontaneously in 3 months.
