【Note】AIGの内視鏡所見の特徴である固着粘液とweb-like mucus（蜘蛛の巣様粘液）は何が違う？

What is the difference between sticky adherent dense mucus which is characteristic endoscopic findings of AIG and web-like mucus?

はじめに

　近年，ボノプラザン（P-CAB）内服との関連が示唆される内視鏡所見の報告も増え，胃炎の京都分類改訂第3版でもproton pump inhibitor（PPI）/P-CAB関連胃症としてまとめられた。一方で，自己免疫性胃炎（autoimmune gastritis：AIG）もABC検診のD群の25％に存在しうる報告を契機に本邦でも報告が増え，関心が高まっている。そこで本稿ではP-CAB関連胃症の一つであるweb-like mucus（WLM）と自己免疫性胃炎に生じうる固着粘液との臨床的な違いについて私見を交えて概説する。
