一酸化窒素吸入が有用であった左室形成術後の肺高血圧症

Pulmonary Hypertension after Left Ventriculoplasty with Inhaled Nitric Oxide：A Case Report

要旨

　左心性心疾患に伴う肺高血圧症は予後不良因子であり重要な治療対象である。今回われわれは，特発性拘束型心筋症に伴う肺高血圧症患者の左室形成術後に，一酸化窒素（NO）吸入が有効であった症例を経験した。肺動脈リモデリングが関与している肺高血圧症において，離脱に向けた治療戦略は検討の余地がある。

　Pulmonary hypertension associated with left heart disease is a poor-prognosis factor and an important therapeutic target. We provide the details of a 66-year-old female with persistent pulmonary hypertension associated with idiopathic restrictive cardiomyopathy that was observed after she had undergone a left ventriculoplasty. The administration of inhaled nitric oxide was effective against the patient’s pulmonary hypertension. In cases of pulmonary hypertension involving pulmonary artery remodeling, treatment strategies for withdrawal from nitric oxide are essential.
