脊髄髄内に発生した顆粒細胞腫の1例

A case of intramedullary granular cell tumor in the spinal cord

顆粒細胞腫は1926年にAbrikossoffにより初めて報告された腫瘍で^1），胸壁，乳房，腹壁の皮下や舌を含む頭頸部，筋などの粘膜下に発生するとされるが，脊髄での報告例は非常に少ない。症例報告数が少なく，特徴的な画像所見に乏しいため，他の硬膜内腫瘍との鑑別が困難とされている。今回，非常にまれと考えられる脊髄髄内に発生した顆粒細胞腫の1例を経験したので，文献的考察とともに報告する。

Granular cell tumors, first reported by Abrikossoff in 1926, commonly occur subcutaneously on the chest, breast, and abdominal walls, and submucosally on the head and neck, including the tongue, muscles, and other body parts. A few cases have been reported in the spinal cord, however, they typically occur in the intradural extramedullary. In this report, we describe an extremely rare case of intramedullary granular cell tumor in the spinal cord.
