Basics of cardiac CT

安定狭心症患者の画像診断検査として心臓CTが第一選択となり，我が国における心臓CTの重要性が増している^1）2）。近年，心臓CT実施件数は年間50万件近くで推移している^3）。後述するように，心臓CTでは造影剤の他にも薬剤を併用するため，放射線科医が検査の管理や読影を行っていない施設がある。このような状況下では特に初学者にとって心臓CTは関わりにくいかもしれない。そこで本稿は，これまで心臓検査に関わったことのない放射線科医でも心臓CT検査の概要を理解することを目的として執筆した。

Cardiac CT has become a first-line test for patients with stable chest pain in several guidelines. Despite the growing importance of cardiac CT, not all radiologists are familiar with this procedure. Radiologists need to know the basic principles of cardiac CT scanning and coronary anatomy before interpreting cardiac CT. Morphological coronary analysis includes assessment of stenosis and plaque. Functional analysis, in other words ischemia analysis, is performed using CT fractional flow reserve and dynamic CT perfusion. In this article, the essential knowledge radiologists need to know at a minimum to interpret cardiac CT is described.
