CTで病変を指摘可能であった腎盂アミロイドーシスの2例

Two cases of amyloidosis of the renal pelvis pointed out by CT

アミロイドーシスは，折りたたみ異常を起こした前駆蛋白質が，アミロイド線維を形成し，全身の種々の臓器，組織の細胞外に沈着し，機能障害を引き起こす疾患群であり，全身性と限局性に分類される^1）2）。腎盂/尿管に病変がみられるアミロイドーシスは比較的まれといわれており，全身性アミロイドーシスでの頻度はわかっていない^2）3）。今回，造影CTで病変を指摘でき診断につながった症例を2例経験したので報告する。

We report two cases in which lesions were noted in the renal pelvis on CT and diagnosed as wild-type ATTR（ATTRwt）amyloidosis on biopsy. On CT/CT urography, the lesions in the renal pelvis showed wall thickening, linear calcification, and slight folded structures. We believe it is important to point out renal pelvic lesions on CT and perform biopsy to diagnose the disease.
