上眼窩裂を主座とした孤立性線維性腫瘍の1例

A case of solitary fibrous tumor arising from the superior orbital fissure

孤立性線維性腫瘍（solitary fibrous tumor：SFT）は胸腔内に多く発生する間葉系起源の腫瘍であり，頭頸部領域での報告は比較的まれである。頭蓋内では髄膜・硬膜に発生するため，髄膜腫や神経鞘腫との鑑別を要する。今回，上眼窩裂を主座としたSFTを経験したため，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Solitary fibrous tumors（SFTs）are tumors of mesenchymal origin that occur predominantly within the thoracic cavity and are relatively rare in the head and neck region. In the intracranial region, most SFTs were located along the meninges and dura mater, and must be differentiated from meningiomas and schwannomas. We report a case of SFT arising from the supraorbital fissure, focusing on its imaging findings and differentiating it from meningioma.
