2021年に「肺癌取扱い規約　第8版」の「補訂版」が上梓され，その中の「肺がん検診の胸部X線画像の読影医の要件」が改訂されたことにより，徐々に影響が広がりつつある。また，2022年7月には「肺がん検診ガイドライン2022」が公表された。本稿では，それらの新しい動きについて紹介したい。

As recent developments related to lung cancer screening, we discussed the setting of “requirements for a chest X-ray image interpreter in lung cancer screening” and the revision to “lung cancer screening guidelines 2022”.
