Spontaneous regression of pulmonary malignant lymphoma：a case report and literature review

肺結節の良悪の判別においては，形状や造影効果などの所見のほかに，径の増大や縮小といった経時的変化も大きな判断基準の一つとなる。

Spontaneous regression of cancer is defined as the partial or complete disappearance of malignant disease without adequate treatment. We report a case of a man in his 70s with spontaneous resolution of pulmonary malignant lymphoma after a CT-guided biopsy. We discuss the management of incidental pulmonary nodules detected on CT images and review the literature on spontaneous regression of malignant lymphoma.
