前立腺導管癌は前立腺癌全体の0.4～0.8％に認められるとされ，前立腺癌の中でも比較的まれであるといわれている^1）2）。典型的には精丘周辺から前立腺部尿道に発生し，臨床症状として排尿障害や血尿を呈する場合が多く，治療法や予後に関しては一定の見解は確立していないのが現状である^3）。今回，我々は急性尿閉を契機に診断された前立腺導管癌の1例を経験したので，画像所見も含め，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Ductal carcinoma of the prostate is rare variant of prostate cancer. We report a case of ductal carcinoma of the prostate. The patient was a 60s-year-old with the chief complaint of acute urinary retention. We diagnosed by transabdominal ultrasonography, elevated PSA level and MRI. MRI showed multicystic mass with soft tissue area. The result of transrectal and transurethral needle biopsy of the prostate showed ductal carcinoma and acinar adenocarcinoma of the prostate. Hormone therapy was performed. At present, there are no sign of recurrence.
