Imaging manifestations of sarcoidosis

サルコイドーシスは様々な年代に発症する原因不明の肉芽腫性疾患である。臨床的には無症状で偶然発見されるものから，多彩な臓器症状や全身症状を呈するものまで，幅広い病態・病勢を示す。病理学的には病変臓器における乾酪壊死を伴わない類上皮細胞肉芽腫の形成が特徴とされ，現在の組織診断の基礎となっている（表1）^1）。加えて，できる限り組織診断を加えて十分に除外診断を行うことが重要と提言されている^2）。

Sarcoidosis is a multiorgan granulomatous disease of unknown cause and can involve all organ systems. Therefore, it has protean clinical and radiologic manifestations. The purpose of this article is to review the imaging features of sarcoidosis involved various organs. Familiarity with the imaging features of sarcoidosis in various organs plays very important role in diagnosis and management.
