症 例．59歳，女．
主 訴：左手のしびれ．
現病歴：3年前から左母指～環指のしびれを自覚し，他院で手根管症候群と診断され保存療法を行っていた．その後，手関節尺側部の皮下腫瘤を自覚し，当科に紹介された．
