症 例．18歳，男．
主 訴：右手関節部の疼痛．
現病歴：サッカー中に転倒して右手をついて受傷した．右手関節部の痛みがあり，当院を受診した．
初診時所見：右手関節橈側に腫脹があり，圧痛を認めた．疼痛により手関節の掌屈および背屈制限があった．
画像所見：手関節単純X線像（正面尺屈位・側面）を図1に示す．
