膝前十字靱帯（ACL）損傷にしばしば合併するSegond骨折は，前外側靱帯（anterolateral ligament：ALL）の付着部裂離骨折とされるが1），通常手術的治療は行われない．しかし近年，ACL再建術に際しSegond骨折を整復固定する必要性が提唱されている2）．
本稿では，転位したSegond骨折に前外側支持機構損傷を合併したACL複合靱帯損傷に対し，手術的治療を行った1例を経験したので報告する．
