急性期病院の看護サービスの質評価におけるNURSERV-Jの信頼性・妥当性の検討

Examination of Reliability and Validity of the NURSERV-J for Evaluation of the Quality of the Nursing Service in an Acute Care Hospital

要旨

　目的：わが国の看護サービスの質評価におけるNURSERV-J（Nursing Service Quality Scale for Japan）の信頼性・妥当性を検討する．

　方法：急性期病院に入院中の患者72名を対象にした質問紙調査の結果をもとに，NURSERV-Jの看護における信頼性と妥当性を明らかにした．

　結果：NURSERV-JのCronbach's α信頼性係数は「有形性」を除く下位尺度において0.78～0.85であった．またPTS（患者信頼スケール）との相関係数は，「有形性」以外で高い正の相関が見られ，患者が認識する看護サービスの質評価の記述と多くの内容が一致していた．

　結論：NURSERV-Jは，看護サービスの質評価指標としての信頼性・妥当性を十分有するが，より精度を高めるためには，「有形性」の内容の検討および「看護専門職として姿勢」を含めた内容の再検討が必要である．

Abstract

　Objectives: This study was performed to examine the reliability and the validity of NURSERV-J(Nursing Service Quality Scale for Japan) for evaluation of the quality of the nursing service in an acute care hospital in Japan.

　Methods: The reliability and validity for 72 patients in an acute care hospital were clarified for questionnaire survey using NURSERV-J.

　Results: In the categories except the "tangibles" of NURSERV-J, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of reliability was 0.78-0.85. And, significant positive correlation was seen between categories except for "tangibles" and PTS(patient reliance scale). Furthermore, many of results of the content analysis to the quality of nursing service were the contents similar to NURSERV-J.

　Conclusion: Although NURSERV-J has enough reliability and validity as an evaluation index of the quality of nursing service, in order to raise accuracy more, examination of the contents of "tangibles" and "nursing professionals" are required.
