作業との結び付きに関する評価尺度（Assessment of Occupational Engagement; AOE）の開発—尺度開発研究

Development of Assessment of Occupational Engagement (AOE）: A scale development study

要旨：本研究の目的は，作業との結び付きに関する評価尺度（以下，AOE）の開発であった．手順1では，作業との結び付きの構成概念を作成し，高齢者6名に表面的妥当性の検討と，作業療法士の研究者6名に内容的妥当性の検討を行い，試作版AOEを作成した．手順2では，身体障害領域の医療機関に入院中の高齢者204名を対象に，試作版AOEの妥当性と信頼性の検討を行った．分析は記述統計量の算出，項目分析，構造的妥当性，仮説検証，併存的妥当性，内的一貫性の検証を行った．結果は概ね良好であり，妥当性と信頼性を兼ね備えた完成版AOEが作成され，医療機関に入院中の高齢者を対象に使用できると考えられた．

　The purpose of this study was to develop an assessment of occupational engagement (AOE). Procedure 1 created a construct of connection of occupational engagement, examined its face validity with 6 elderly people, examined its content validity with 6 occupational therapist researchers, and developed a prototype version of AOE. Procedure 2 examined the validity and reliability of the prototype AOE for 204 elderly people hospitalized in a medical institution for physical disabilities. Analyses included calculation of descriptive statistics, item analysis, structural validity, hypothesis testing, concurrent validity, and internal consistency. The results were generally good, and a final AOE with both validity and reliability was created. This study suggests that AOE can be used for the elderly who are hospitalized in medical institutions.
